Pastors Coaching Conference (PCC)
The Pastors Coaching Conference (PCC) is an ongoing pastoral development initiative of CEMP, launched as an extension of the Pastors Refresher Course (PRC). While the PRC brings pastors together annually for intensive training and fellowship, God placed a vision in the heart of Pastor Richard Loh, a great man of God and co-founder of CEMP Rev. Daniel Sardar, to continue equipping and encouraging pastors throughout the year.
Through this vision, the Pastors Coaching Conference was established as a quarterly online gathering conducted via Zoom. Today, pastors meet simultaneously at eight training centers across Pakistan: Rawalpindi, Sheikhupura, Lahore, Faisalabad, Hafizabad, Sanghar, Khanewal and Quetta. Each center hosts approximately 20–40 pastors, creating a wonderful opportunity for learning, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
The current study series is a chapter-by-chapter journey through the Book of Revelation, helping pastors gain a deeper understanding of God’s Word and strengthening them for faithful ministry.
We thank God for His faithfulness and for using this ministry to equip, encourage, and unite His servants as they continue to proclaim the Gospel and shepherd His people across Pakistan.
